1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ad Watch ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Ad Watch.
  • By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Rules

  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. How Ad Watch Works

Ad Watch is a curated short-form video advertising platform. Viewers discover products and services through brand video content, and advertisers reach engaged audiences with creative formats.

  • Viewers may browse, search, and watch advertiser content at no cost.
  • Personalization is based on viewer-selected categories and watch history.
  • The Platform does not offer points, prizes, sweepstakes, cash rewards, or other monetary incentives to viewers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the Platform.
  • Operating multiple accounts or impersonating others.
  • Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform.
  • Uploading or distributing unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination at our sole discretion.

6. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers who use the Platform to display ads agree to:

  • Submit only truthful, non-misleading ad content that complies with applicable advertising laws.
  • Accept that all ads are subject to content review and may be rejected at Ad Watch's sole discretion.
  • Acknowledge that payments for ad impressions are non-refundable once impressions are delivered.
  • Not use the platform to distribute malware, phishing content, or illegal material.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology of Ad Watch are the property of Ad Watch and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the Platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ad Watch is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with Ad Watch on an individual basis only.
  • The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York, or at a location mutually agreed upon.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your Profile settings.
